Parents

The Sterling Hall School is a wonderful place to be a boy — and an equally wonderful place to be a Parent!

One of the greatest things about SHS is that we welcome Parents and encourage them to enter our front doors. Their presence is one of the elements that makes our school great.

Not only are Parents a common sight in our halls each day as they drop off or pick up their sons, they are also generous benefactors who make it possible to continue to run the school at exceptional standards through their financial contributions. Even more importantly, SHS Parents are devoted and energetic Volunteers.  In fact, 70% of SHS families volunteer in some capacity on an annual basis. Their support and involvement sets a shining example for our students and the community at large.

There are many ways to get involved as a Volunteer. Wherever your interests lie, whether you are a mom or a dad, whether you have a little time to give or a lot, there is a way that you can contribute to our school.

We are fortunate to have an energetic and engaged parent body that is welcomed and valued. We hope that you will embrace the spirit of our community and get involved. It is a great way to deepen your experience of SHS by meeting other parents and feeling connected to the school.
