Frequently Asked Questions
What are your entry years?
We accept applications at all grade levels.
Our natural entry points are JK, SK, Grade 1 and 2.
Openings do become available in other grades from time to time. Please speak with our Admissions Team about openings available.
Can we apply for acceptance during non-entry years?
How do I apply?
When is the application deadline?
Although we accept applications throughout the year, we will be assessing our JK, SK, Grades 1 and 2 applicants prior to the Winter Holiday (Dec 22-Jan 8) so we ask that you submit your son's application as soon as possible if he is applying for the Primary grades. We will complete the application process for the remainder of our grades by late February.
When will I hear about a place?
For Junior Kindergarten, applications are due by November 1 and offers will be made by the end of December.
For all other grades, offers will take place at the end of February once our re-registration process is complete. Applications received after this time will be processed as places are available.
What is your fee structure?
There is an annual tuition, which is the same for students at all grade levels. New students must pay an additional non-refundable Admissions Fee, which is used for capital expenditures to enhance the school and the opportunities for its students.
There are tuition payment method options.
Please see the Fees page for this year's tuition, admission fee, application fee, and tuition payment options.
What is your student-teacher ratio?
Is there before and after school care?
Is there a bus service available for students?
