Privacy Policy

The Sterling Hall School is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. When you as a parent, student, alumnus or individual provide personal information to the school, such as your name, address, telephone number and email, it is shared with the Advancement Office so that we may communicate with you through various publications and so that we may solicit your financial and volunteer support.

Information in the Advancement Office is stored in a secure and confidential database. There is also a limited amount of information stored on our third party off-site secure web server. Under no circumstances is the information rented, sold or given to any organization outside The Sterling Hall School community. Access to the information is restricted to authorized staff members and/or volunteers who have been trained in dealing with information according to our privacy standards.
