JEDI in the SHS Classroom

At SHS, we wish to realize an ambitious and crucial vision of actively educating and working for justice, equity, diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities and persuasions. On April 28, our Vice Principal and our Director of Curriculum and Learning Strategies, lead a meeting for parents that outlined the process SHS has taken to implement JEDI into our classrooms.

We believe by succeeding in our goal to infuse JEDI into all that we do at Sterling Hall, our students will be truly globally competent critical and creative thinkers, collaborators and communicators, who are thoughtful lifelong citizens and agents of positive change in their communities.

The session attendees learned more about our process as a school and were also presented with some highlights from the classrooms. If you are interested in viewing this meeting, please visit the Parents Association Page for a recording.
